Nestled among forests and lakes, the hotel boasts a serene location perfect for nature lovers. the spa center offers a variety of treatments and amenities such as pools and jacuzzis, while both the Oranzeria and Romantic restaurants serve top-notch cuisine. Service is generally friendly and accommodating.
The prices at the hotel are quite high, with some guests feeling that the value for money is lacking.

Very good and friendly staff, beautiful nature, spa center at very professional level
Hotel recommended as luxury near nature attracts two groups of customers: families with children and people seeking relax - in the result this is a family spa for yuppies with children (in February weekend like 97% of guests). Relax can be easily achieved in spa but all the common areas are a nightmare: children waking up the guests at 7.30 am while running on the corridors, screaming in the restaurant, small swimming pool is a huge noise fully occupied by children with not enough seats for hotel guests. Huge misunderstanding and discrepancy in promotion of the hotel and reality. Such places are also needed - simply the customers should be informed up-front what to expect when chosing the hotel and this is not a case here.

We had an indulgent weekend here! Luxurious amenities were in abundance: an incredible indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and a brilliant Spa & Wellness Centre that was so relaxing. We felt rejuvenated after magnificent massages. the Sun terrace and garden area, with BBQ facilities, were divine and perfect for unwinding. Our in-room breakfast was so delicious and luscious.
The only minor issue was that the entertainment wasn't as extensive as we had hoped for, but that really isn't a big problem when everything else this venue has to offer is so phenomenal.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel had nice pools and a great location surrounded by forests and trails. The food was good, especially in the gourmet restaurant. They had free bikes to use and the staff was usually friendly.
The hotel was too remote and difficult to access. The roads leading to the hotel were narrow and there weren't many activities nearby. The service could be hit or miss, with some staff members being dismissive.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and its surroundings are amazing. The hotel facilities were great and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. Cleanliness was impeccable and the breakfast selection was extensive with options to order personal eggs and pancakes. The location in the forest with proximity to the Mazursky lakes on a large property was perfect for nature lovers.
Nothing not too like.

Celebrating Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the spa infrastructure was impressive, with a large indoor pool and several jacuzzis. the location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful fields and forests. the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The noise level was quite high due to the many families with small children running around. It was difficult to find a quiet and peaceful place at times.
